You have full responsibility to do as you wish with your material after the completion of recording, mixing and/or mastering. You are free to select any aspect of the service that you want for business, promotional, or personal use. In accordance with the terms of this grant, which I am making available to you, you are not permitted to:

modify the services I created in any shape or form.
use borrowed sounds for any commercial gain.
make constant changes in the course of mixing and/or mastering
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials that I personally produced.
commit any fraudulent activities or behavior that'll question our business relationship.
put material on hold for too long without having intentions on completion.

If any of these restrictions are violated then I will immediately terminate my services and release you as my client. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this grant, as a consequence, your purchases and fees will not be refunded. Legal action will be taken on occurrence of any fraudulent activities that are committed by you.

3. DISCLAIMER

In terms of audio engineering, I make no professional claims. When your music is finished, I will not be held accountable or turn into a liability for your actions. I oppose illicit music publishing and have no intention of participating in it. Any content (sound effects, samples, loops, audio clips, and so forth) that I use from other sources is intended only for promotional use—unless licenses have been obtained—and never for commercial use. You are in charge of any uploaded content's ownership and rights, including copyrights. Additionally, it is your responsibility to read and comprehend the terms and conditions of my services, which include my "no" refund policy. My work cannot be undone after recording, mixing and/or mastering has already taken place. After an agreement has been made, I do not provide credit, refunds or installment billings. Progress will be made and won't stop until the client has reached satisfaction, free of charge.
